I had the pleasure of working with Tony at Agoda. He is very effective at building pipelines for hard to fill software engineering positions. I first met Tony when our company was outsourcing some recruiting efforts and he helped us find a few key individuals in our engineering organization. Not too long thereafter, Tony came aboard as a full time recruiter for our org and eventually was running the recruiting team.
